The throttle grip assembly provides the rider’s interface for controlling engine speed. It rotates on the right handlebar, actuating the throttle cable through an internal cam mechanism. The rubber outer surface ensures secure hand grip in wet or dry conditions.

Installation guidance: Slide onto the handlebar with the locating pin aligned to the perch hole. Connect the throttle cable end to the cam slot. Verify smooth return to idle position without binding. Adjust cable free play to 2-3mm at the grip.
Replace when the rubber is worn smooth or cracked, when the throttle sticks or fails to return to idle, or when the internal cam shows excessive wear causing erratic throttle response.
